I want to primarily follow the program in English, but I would like to maybe take a class in French as my level improves. Could I do that?
Hello. I did a degree in French in the U.S. and didn’t focus on sciences or nutrition. I have been working as a gastronomy tour guide in Paris the last two years. Can I still apply?
I was wondering what companies we see on the site visits and what we do while we’re there?
I’m an American and am really interested in how food is regulated around the world. France is known for its quality of food and restrictions on additives. Do we comparatively explore the legal aspects of this?
Hi! Is this program focused more on nutrition on food production processes?
What kinds of jobs will I be able to apply for with this degree?
What partner universities do you have for exchange? Any options in Italy?
My question is for the student. What has been the most beneficial class and why?
I have some professional experience and am returning for my master’s to eventually launch my own consulting firm for the food industry. Would the school help me develop my project?
In terms of getting a student visa, does the school have support to arrange this?
