The programme focuses on food policies, environmental safety concerns, food business plan but also international agricultural food marketing and retail concepts. It is also composed of core modules such as: HR Management, Cross-Cultural Management, Communication Skills or International Business Law; and Specialisation modules such as: Food Marketing Practices, Strategic Brand Management and Sustainable Food Market for instance.

Hello. What is the point of limiting this MBA in the food industry when we can just enter the industry with general MBA? What is the real interest for us?
Expert question: Isn't this programme just like other general MBAs with a title of « Food » in it to please future employers in the industry? Your core curriculum is only on general business management. You have only 4 modules related to food in specialization. Please explain.
