IGR-IAE Rennes 1 - Graduate School of Management

Master in International Human Resources Management

This international HRM Master aims at training Human Resources Managers to work in an English and multicultural context for small and medium sized import/export companies or major international groups. It develops a wide range of up-to-date skills in social innovation and in HRM. The program concentrates on the key role of HRM project management in an international context. The specificity of this program is to combine a comprehensive academic program, in international HRM with intensive French language courses. All the courses are designed to be organized with small group dynamics: case studies, role playing and management problem solving.

    Expert question: There are many HR programmes today. Compared to yours, some are part of a higher ranked business schools, and some have much cheaper or no tuition. Why should one choose this programme?
